International Orders

Delivery timelines vary by region. Most arrive within 10–25 business days, depending on customs and local postal services. Duties or import taxes may apply.

Because all CritterSail items are made-to-order, we only accept returns for incorrect, damaged, or defective items.

Eligible Returns:

• Damaged items
• Misprinted items
• Wrong item received
• Defects in print or construction

Not Eligible:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Wrong size ordered
• Preferences on color/fit/print
• International orders (final sale)

All artwork dimensions are in inches (e.g., 12x18 inches ≈ 30x46 cm).
