USA ORDERS

Our processing time before an order ships is typically 2–7 business days, depending on the product.
(CritterSail partners with eco-responsible print providers such as Printful/Printify—production times may vary during peak seasons.)

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

  • Canvas & Framed Art: 7–12 business days
  • Posters / Art Prints: 5–8 business days
  • Apparel (Tees, Hoodies, etc.): 7–12 business days
  • Accessories: 7–12 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

30-Day Satisfaction Promise (U.S. Orders Only)

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Requirements:

  • Item must be in unused, sellable condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Email support@crittersail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return

International Orders

All international sales are final due to cross-border production and logistics.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email support@crittersail.com
  2. Include photos of the issue
    We will replace the item at no cost to you.

  • Vibrant, museum-grade canvas and poster stock
  • Fade-resistant, warp-resistant materials
  • Durable MDF or pine frames (depending on size)

All canvas art arrives ready to hang with pre-installed hardware.

  • Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth
  • For stubborn spots, use a slightly damp cloth
  • Avoid direct, long-term sunlight exposure for maximum longevity
