Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are produced or shipped from different facilities or partners.

Order Confirmation


After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Please review it carefully and contact us right away if anything looks incorrect.

Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within up to 4 business days when items are in stock—often sooner.
During high-volume periods such as holidays or new product launches, processing may take a few additional days. In rare cases, production delays may extend processing by up to one week.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow some time for tracking details to appear, as carriers may take 24–72 hours to update their systems.
